Water Reliability

The Upper District's mission is focused on providing a reliable supply of water for drinking, residential, commercial, irrigation and industrial purposes. Some use the term drought-proofing to describe this goal, but the Upper District's vision is broader than that. For, even when drought conditions do not exist, our service area will require innovative water supply solutions that address water quality and development of new sources of water. This section provides information about water quality, current water supplies, and potential, new sources of water supply.
